We accept returns on unused parts within 14 days. Custom-built bikes are non-returnable once production begins.

Returns (Parts)

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Custom Builds

  • Custom-built e-bikes are non-refundable once the build process has started
  • All deposits for custom builds are non-refundable
  • Modification requests must be submitted as early as possible — changes cannot be guaranteed once production is underway
  • Please review your build specification carefully before confirming your order

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Faults or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • You will need to provide photo or video evidence of the issue
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation
  • Return shipping for faulty items is covered by MANTA Parts

Batteries & Electrical Items

  • Batteries and electrical components are non-returnable once used or installed
  • This policy exists for safety reasons — used electrical items cannot be resold or safely inspected for reuse
  • Faulty batteries received on arrival are still covered under our faulty items policy above

Warranty

  • Parts are covered by a 3–6 month warranty depending on the product
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or incorrect installation
  • Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and supporting evidence of the defect
  • We reserve the right to inspect items before processing a warranty claim

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition different from how they were received
