Everything ships from the UK. Most parts leave us within 1–2 or 2–3 working days, and the delivery estimate for each part is shown on its product page.

Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Batteries and electrical items are non-returnable once used or installed.

Every build is made to order, so timings depend on the spec. Request a quote through the builder and we confirm the price and build time before anything starts. Custom builds are non-refundable once production begins.
