Everything ships from the UK. Order before 4pm Monday–Friday and your parts are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days — each product page shows its own estimate.

Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Batteries and electrical items are non-returnable once used or installed.

Every build is made to order, so timings depend on the spec. Request a quote through the builder and we confirm the price and build time before anything starts. Custom builds are non-refundable once production begins.
