By placing an order for a custom-built bike through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
All custom bikes are built specifically to your selected specifications. This includes Frame Colour, Controller, Forks, Rear Shock, Bars, Wheels and Tires, Motor, Battery and Brakes.
Because each bike is built to order, all custom build orders are final once production has begun.
Once parts have been ordered, fabrication has begun, or assembly has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
Build and delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by parts availability, manufacturing delays, shipping delays, customs, or courier issues. We are not liable for delays outside of our control. So delivery should be between 2-4 weeks.
Once delivered or collected, responsibility for the bike passes to the customer.
The customer is responsible for legal compliance, safe operation, insurance, and maintenance.
We are not liable for accidents, misuse, or damage after delivery.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, water damage, electrical damage from incorrect charging, or unauthorised modifications.

Charging the battery with third-party chargers, damaged cables, or unsafe power sources is done entirely at your own risk.
You are responsible for storing the battery in a safe, dry, well-ventilated area away from flammable materials.
The bike and battery should never be left charging unattended or overnight unless specifically designed for that purpose.
Any modification, repair, opening, or alteration of the battery, wiring, or electrical system voids all warranties and releases us from any responsibility for resulting damage, fire, injury, or loss.
We are not responsible for any damage, injury, death, property loss, fire, or financial loss resulting from the use, charging, storage, transport, or modification of the battery system after delivery.
